Privacy policy
What Letz Do does with the information you give it, and your rights over it.
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what Letz Do Ltd does with the information you give it through this website, and what rights you have over that information. It is written to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Letz Do Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15717070, at 93 Queens Road, Chester CH3 5HE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZB875562.
For anything in this policy, including a request about your own data, email ask@letzdo.co.uk.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, company, email address, mobile number, the subject you select and anything you write in the message.
- Health check. The service area you choose, your answers to the questions in that path, and then your name, company, email address and mobile number.
- Email and phone. Whatever you choose to tell us when you get in touch directly.
Information collected automatically
If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, we and the providers named below collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site and how long you stay. If you do not allow them, none of this is collected. The cookie policy sets out exactly what is used.
Why we use it, and on what basis
| What for | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and arranging a conversation | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us |
| Reading your health check answers so the first conversation is useful rather than a cold call | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Keeping a record of enquiries and the advice given | Our legitimate interest in running the business properly, and our legal obligations |
| Measuring how the website and our advertising perform | Your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time |
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of providers to run the business. They act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Our CRM. Enquiries and health check answers are stored here so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. |
| Netlify | Hosts the website and delivers form submissions to us. |
| Analytics and advertising measurement, only where you have agreed to those cookies. |
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Where Letz Do introduces you to a funder, payroll provider, umbrella or insurer, we tell you who it is and ask you first. Nothing is passed to a supplier without you knowing.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where it is held
Some of the providers above are based in the United States or store data there. Where information leaves the UK it is protected by an adequacy regulation, or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is the period we may need them for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, which is no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop or limit what we do with it
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format
You can object to us using your information on the basis of legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent for cookies at any time using cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Email ask@letzdo.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
